She studied music composition at Tokyo University of the Arts, and Graduate school. She also studied as a visiting fellow at graduate school of University of California at Berkeley.
She is actively composing chamber music compositions and the compositions for Japanese Instruments are her interested field of works.
The major compositions include "Over the White"(Cl, Va, Pf),  "Spring Down"(5Cl),  "For the Ancient Wind(Pf),  "Silent Flame"(Sop),  "Petals of guilt"(Chorus suite),  and "In the forest"(fl) and more.
She is an active member of The Japan Federation of Composers Inc.(JFC), and Japan International League of Artist(JILA).
