She graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Faculty of Music, Department of Composition. She won the highest award in the NAMI NO KAI Nihon Kakyoku Association Japanese Song Competition.
She has written her works mainly on songs.
She is a member of the Japan Federation of Composers, Inc.
